superb dining experience with high quality ingredients, had the tasting menu with 3 complimentary courses. unfortunately, one of the servers seemed to be just rushing through her words when introducing the course to us. give yourself 2-3h and make a reservation, it is situated at the bottom of the stairway and is a quaint and cute location. note that you will be charged for additional water if you ask for a refill, but feel free to ask for more bread - the butter is HEAVENLY

By far our most delicious meal in Italy! Fantastic dining experience all around. Our group enjoyed every course, the drinks, the service, etc. It’s clear they take their food seriously and the care and precision shows. The pork belly, risotto, and Iberian ham dishes were stand out 🥰 it ended up being a 3 hour experience so plan for a leisurely night!

Easy to get to. Monti neighborhood; very short walk from the Cavour metro station. Interior is tiny, but seating is not cramped. We did the chef's tasting menu, which I recommend. Most dishes were very good. The scallops might have been the best dish we had on our Roman vacation. Portions were all small and artistically arranged. There was a fairly long wait between dishes. Wait staff was very diligent in swapping out used silverware, and nicely explained each dish to us. They did not do as well at noticing that we had quickly exhausted our half liter of water, nor noticing that our spritz was finished and we would have enjoyed some wine. We also had to request bread. I'd say the wait staff was highly professional, though they perhaps could be more attentive. Overall, I would still say this is one of the restaurants in the Monti area that you should try.

This is possibly the best little restaurant in rome, tucked up a little side street at the bottom of a large staircase in Monti, just opposite the metro station. We visited just before Christmas, booking a table is essential to ensure your seat, the chefs taster menu was our choice and we were not disappointed, each course was delivered to the table, the server then explained what each dish was, the name of each course was soon forgotten as we enjoyed the flavours. If you have read this far, you need to just book a table and enjoy a wonderful experience.

We ordered the Chef's Tasting Menu (7 courses). After the amuse-bouche and extra dessert, we ended up with 9 courses with some truly unforgettable bites. The pork belly with roasted pineapple puree was one of the stars of the evening. Coming here at the beginning of our trip may have been a mistake because we set the bar too high with that dinner. Nothing is going to match this, or come anywhere close. Make this restaurant a priority.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's menu with wine pairing at this restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and thoughtful staff. The food was absolutely outstanding. Initially, I was considering other Michelin star restaurants, but after reading reviews and perusing the menu, I decided to make a reservation at this restaurant. I am delighted to say that it exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly satisfied with my choice.
